The Dean, H.E. Mr. Jean Christian OBAME - Ambassador of Gabon and all the Members of the African Diplomatic Corps (ADC) in Tokyo wish a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year 2010 to their Majesty, the Emperor and Empress of Japan and the rest of the Imperial household, as well as the Government of Japan led by Prime Minister Hatoyama, all Members of the Diet and the friendly people of Japan.
